Water and Energy
Water, gas, and electricity are invaluable resources used in our brewing, cleaning process and taproom operations. We are committed to protecting these valuable resources through utilization of “intelligent capabilities”, such as motion-sensor lighting, and our state-of-the-art brewing system, and are committed to minimizing waste and to promoting conservation in all facets of our business.
Waste Management
Our brewing process byproducts are not wastes to dispose of, but resources with a beneficial reuse. Our spent grain, for example, is used as feed for local livestock at Stone Family Farms and to make dog biscuits. Any waste that can be recycled is, such as glass, corrugated paper, pallets and plastics.
