Dungeons and Flagons Double IPA

Our “fantasy role playing beer” is full of Mosaic, Amarillo, and Idaho 7 hops, and features lots of lovely grapefruit and tangerine notes, with a touch of peach and pineapple playing in the background. Sitting at 80 IBU, this DIPA doesn’t drink as bitter as you’d think thanks to a bready, slightly sweet malt backbone that balances the hop bitterness. Go easy, though, because at 9.0% this beer will crack your skull like a Warhammer if you’re not careful.
